License Agreement
By purchasing RapidLaunch, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first access the RapidLaunch source code.
License Types
The RapidLaunch Software License facilitates the acquisition of the RapidLaunch source code through a single purchase, granting users access to its comprehensive functionalities. Tailored for independent creators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, RapidLaunch empowers users to build and ship web applications quickly.
Starter License
The Starter License grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to:
- Use the RapidLaunch source code on one (1) project
- Modify the code for your project's needs
- Deploy the project to production
The Starter License does not include:
- Use on multiple projects
- Access to future updates
- Priority support
- Redistribution or resale of the source code
Unlimited License
The Unlimited License grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to:
- Use the RapidLaunch source code on unlimited projects
- Modify the code for each project's needs
- Deploy to production without restrictions
- Receive lifetime updates to the RapidLaunch codebase
- Access priority support via email
It is important to acknowledge that the licensor retains the right to terminate any license at its sole discretion, without conditions or prerequisites. This termination provision enables the licensor to exercise control over software distribution and utilization, providing adaptability to address potential unforeseen circumstances.
PROHIBITED USE — NO RESALE OR REDISTRIBUTION
THIS SECTION IS A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT. READ IT CAREFULLY.
Your license to RapidLaunch is granted exclusively for building your own end-user projects. This means you may use RapidLaunch to create websites, web applications, SaaS products, or other software for yourself or your clients — but the resulting product must be a finished application, not a template, starter kit, or development tool for resale.
You may NOT, under any circumstances:
- Resell the RapidLaunch source code, in whole or in part, whether modified or unmodified
- Redistribute or share the source code with any third party, publicly or privately
- Sublicense your access to RapidLaunch to any other individual, team, or organization
- Repackage or rebrand RapidLaunch (or any substantial portion of it) as a template, boilerplate, starter kit, website builder, or similar development product
- Offer the source code for download, sale, or distribution on any marketplace, repository, or platform (including but not limited to GitHub, Gumroad, LemonSqueezy, Envato, or similar)
- Create a competing product — any template, starter kit, or SaaS boilerplate — derived from RapidLaunch code
- Share your license credentials or source code access with developers, contractors, or any parties not covered by your license
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any obfuscated or compiled portions of RapidLaunch
- Distribute derivative works — any product, template, or code library that incorporates a substantial portion of RapidLaunch source code — whether free or paid
- Transfer or assign your license to another person or entity without our prior written consent
Enforcement and Damages
Any violation of this section constitutes a material breach of contract and intellectual property infringement under applicable copyright law.
If you are found to be reselling, redistributing, or repackaging RapidLaunch in any form:
- Your license will be immediately and permanently revoked without refund
- You will be subject to legal prosecution in the applicable jurisdiction
- You will be liable for a minimum of $30,000 (thirty thousand US dollars) in damages as compensation for breach of contract, lost revenue, and harm to our business
- You will be responsible for all legal fees, court costs, and associated expenses incurred in enforcing these terms
- Additional statutory damages may apply under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws
- We may seek injunctive relief (including temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions) from any court of competent jurisdiction without the requirement of posting bond
- We reserve the right to audit your use of RapidLaunch upon reasonable suspicion of a violation of these terms
- The burden of proving compliance with these license terms rests with the licensee
We actively monitor for unauthorized redistribution of RapidLaunch. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief, against any individual or entity found in violation of these terms.
By purchasing RapidLaunch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these resale restrictions and the associated penalties for violation.
General Restrictions
In addition to the resale prohibitions above, for both license types you may not:
- Remove or alter copyright notices, license headers, or attribution in the source code
- Misrepresent the origin of the RapidLaunch source code
- Use RapidLaunch in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
Intellectual Property
RapidLaunch and its source code are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your license grants limited usage rights only — not ownership of the intellectual property. All rights not explicitly granted in this agreement are reserved.
User Responsibility
RapidLaunch is not responsible for what users build with the template, including any user-generated content, applications, websites, or services created using RapidLaunch. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your projects comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
Refund Policy
Since RapidLaunch is a digital product and the full source code is delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review the documentation, live demo, and feature list before purchasing to ensure RapidLaunch is the right fit for your project.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued.
Price Adjustments
As we continue to improve RapidLaunch and expand our offerings, the price may increase. Any discount or promotional pricing is provided to help customers secure the current price without being affected by future increases. Existing license holders are not required to pay additional fees for their current license tier.
Updates and Support
- Starter License: No updates or support included. You receive the version available at time of purchase.
- Unlimited License: Lifetime updates and priority email support. Response time target: 48 hours.
Disclaimer
It is not warranted that RapidLaunch will meet your specific requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law, are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
Warranties and Limitation of Liability
RapidLaunch does not give any warranty, guarantee, or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose, or otherwise of the software. RapidLaunch shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition, or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims (whether caused by RapidLaunch's negligence or the negligence of its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services by RapidLaunch.
RapidLaunch shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event that RapidLaunch is deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that RapidLaunch's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for your license. You hereby release RapidLaunch from any and all obligations, liabilities, and claims in excess of this limitation.
Exception: This limitation of liability does not apply to damages arising from your breach of the resale and redistribution restrictions outlined in this agreement, for which the full enforcement and damages provisions apply.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. We may also terminate your license immediately if you violate these terms.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the source code, delete all copies in your possession, and confirm deletion in writing. Termination does not limit our right to seek damages for any breach that occurred prior to termination.
No Agency Relationship
You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and RapidLaunch as a result of this Agreement or your use of the software. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of RapidLaunch. You agree that RapidLaunch will not be liable by reason of any representation, act, or omission to act by you.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Existing license holders are bound by the terms in effect at the time of their purchase. Material changes to enforcement or restriction terms will be communicated via email.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
Survival
The provisions of the Prohibited Use, Enforcement and Damages, Intellectual Property, Warranties and Limitation of Liability, and No Agency Relationship sections shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and RapidLaunch with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the licensor is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
